Course Description

The CCNA Collaboration certification course student will be learning Cisco Unified Communications (UC) solutions. A student gain knowledge of administrator and end‐user interfaces, telephony and mobility features, and Cisco UC solutions maintenance. Also sutdent will gain knowledge and skills to implement various Cisco Video endpoints in converged Cisco video infrastructures. It also gives the ability to implement and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communication and Collaboration, TelePresence, and Digital Media Player in different Cisco business video solution architectures.

Course Prerequisites

It is recommended that you have the following skills and knowledge before starting this course:

  • CCNA Routing and Switching.
  • Configure and manage users, groups, and shared resources in a simple SOHO network.
  • Understand the use of basic access control measures, such as authentication, security policy, encryption, and firewalls.
